The Craniosacral Therapy (CST) 60Min Session for Returning Clients is a deeply calming, fully clothed treatment designed to soothe the nervous system and support the body's natural ability to heal. Using primarily gentle touch and consistently deep presence, Jennifer works with the fascial system to help release strain patterns and bring your body back into balance. Upon receiving CST, clients often experience a profound sense of relaxation, mental clarity, and ease. Clients who have already completed their first (90Min) New Client CST/intake/assessment session with Jennifer may schedule as returning clients for subsequent sessions. 

Loose, comfortable clothing like sweats, T-shirts, PJ pants, or loose yoga pants are ideal for your CST appointment, and please avoid wearing jeans, cords, leggings, tights/pantyhose, dresses/skirts — in other words: anything bulky, restrictive, revealing, or with a ton of elastic. Your comfort is of the utmost importance!

As a reminder, it's important to arrive for your CST session well-hydrated and to allow yourself at least 15 minutes afterward to integrate this deep work with a walk around the block, some water, a quiet sit, or a light snack. Many clients feel quite sleepy after these sessions, so please allow yourself a little time to transition back into your day.
