Designed for work-from-home warriors and desk workers of all stripes, the 45-minute Tech-Neck Tamer Massage features focused massage from the shoulders up: face, jaw, sub-occipitals, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, upper chest, and scalp. Optional massage cupping for your shoulders and upper chest may be included if you wish. 

This short but sweet session can serve as a much-needed respite from your workday demands, whether you drop in for a quick mid-morning or lunch-break session or you opt to log off early and relax for the rest of the afternoon. 

Even when you schedule a new-client session, which includes an additional 10 minutes for intake, you’ll still wrap up your session within an hour of arriving — meaning you can return to your day feeling relaxed, refreshed, and more fully ready to tackle whatever’s next. 

Tech-Neck Tamer Massages include the use of warm towels, both to prep your skin at the beginning of your session and to allow you to wipe off any remaining oil afterward. 

At the end of your session, Jennifer will teach you a quick stretch or self-care technique you can do at home to support your body between appointments.
